Our 25th Year in Business…Highlight #16 of 25
In the Winter of 2003, Condominium Magazine (CM) not only featured a cover picture of Wilson Blanchard Management President and founding partner Ray Wilson, but also his article titled “Condominium Managers – Interviewing, Hiring & Retention”. It is interesting to note that the article discusses topics such as the high rate of growth in the condo market, the stress levels of Condo Managers and the need for more experienced managers in the industry….it almost seems as though this article could have been written in 2020, not 2003.
