Ontario Condo Authority Websites Launched

The Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) and The Condo Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) have launched their websites.
The CAO is being created to better protect and serve the condominium community, including providing information for condo owners about purchasing and owing a condo and providing education for condo directors.
The CMRAO is being created to administer the licensing of all condo managers and companies, regulate training and education requirements and enforce the code of ethics and provincial legislation.
