Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa® Company is excited to make the following announcements about promotions that have taken place recently to expand the bandwidth of our Director level leadership team. Our Directors play a vital role in supporting our Condominium Managers and focusing on building and maintaining a senior level relationship between Boards of Directors and Wilson Blanchard.
Brittany Collens, RCM – Director of Condominium Management, Waterloo Region
Brittany joined Wilson Blanchard in 2018 and has transitioned through various positions within the organization, consistently being promoted to roles of increasing responsibility. In 2021, Brittany obtained her Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) certification from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO). Brittany is actively involved in the training and mentoring of new Condominium Managers in Wilson Blanchard’s Waterloo Region office.
John Morielli, OLCM – Director of Condominium Management, Hamilton
John has been in the property management industry since the early 80s and has managed portfolios consisting of high rise/low rise condominiums, along with Co-ownerships and commercial properties. John has overseen a multitude of projects including being instrumental in the design and implementation of one of the largest Green Roof projects earning an award from the City of Toronto. John joined Wilson Blanchard in 2021 as a senior condominium manager and has his General License designation.
These recent advancements are examples of the opportunities that exist within a dynamic and growing company like Wilson Blanchard and are a recognition of the continued excellence in customer service that these individuals provide to both our clients and our internal teams.
