March 2025 Leadership Announcement

Wilson Blanchard Management is thrilled to announce that Alban Tershana has been promoted to the role of Director of Condominium Management in the Toronto office. Alban brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will translate into providing expert advice, guidance, support and mentorship to our Condo Management team. As a Condominium Manager, Alban has managed various property types, including high-rise, mid-rise, low-rise, vacant land, and commercial condominiums. Alban has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, retail management certificate and is a Ryerson University alumnus. He has been a registered condominium manager (RCM) with ACMO since 2019. Please join us in congratulating Alban on his new role!

Over the past several years, Marie Peacock has served as a Director of Condominium Management within our Toronto office providing outstanding support and mentorship to many of our Managers, while also fulfilling duties part-time as a Condominium Manager for a high-rise community. To facilitate several upcoming large projects at the community she serves, Marie has requested to step down from her role as Director of Condo Management so that she can devote her time full time to her community. We thank Marie for sharing her expertise with our team and helping so many of our Managers with their professional growth. We are thrilled of course that Marie will still be with WB, continuing to serve as a Condominium Manager and leader within both the company and condo industry.
