Leadership Team Update

Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa® Company is excited to welcome back Michelle Joy, BA, RCM, CMCA from her recent maternity leave effective October 15, 2024. Michelle will be returning to the Niagara office as Vice President of Operations – Niagara, adding an additional layer of support for our clients and team in the Niagara office. Anna Suters and Don Chown will continue to provide direct support to our management team in Niagara as the Directors of Condominium Management and will have the added support of Michelle to strengthen our already stellar team. Michelle will also be supporting our Hamilton office team in their continued growth, providing supervision, mentoring and training, as well as helping to facilitate all aspects of condominium management for our clients in both offices. Please join us in welcoming Michelle back and congratulating Michelle on her expanded role.

We are also excited to announce that in conjunction with Michelle’s new role, Sandy Foulds, BA, RCM, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations – Hamilton. Sandy will continue to be responsible for leading the condominium management operations in our Hamilton office, covering the Haldimand, Halton & Wentworth regions, coordinating with Michelle in providing shared support for our clients and management teams.
