With continued growth at Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa® Company, we are excited to make the following announcements about promotions that have taken place recently to expand the bandwidth of our Director level leadership team. Our Directors play a vital role in supporting and assisting the Condominium Manager on their team along with focusing on building and maintaining a senior level relationship between the Board and Wilson Blanchard.
Michelle Joy – Executive Director of Condominium Management – Hamilton
We are very pleased to announce that Michelle Joy has been promoted to the position of Executive Director of Condominium Management – Hamilton. Michelle continues to support her team, build relationships with our clients and represent WB in the industry as a regular presenter at CCI seminars and conferences. She has excelled as a Director and we are excited for her continued growth.
Elisha Day – Director of Condominium Management – Waterloo Region
Elisha has been promoted to Director of Condominium Management – Waterloo Region. Elisha has been in condominium management since 2006 during which time she has excelled with customer service and receives rave reviews from many client Board members who are happy with the dedication and care she serves with.
Natashia Houser – Director of Condominium Management – Waterloo
Natashia has been promoted to the role of Director of Condominium Management – Waterloo. Natashia brings her prior experience as a supervisor along with her proactive approach supporting her internal and external customers. She has been focusing on training and mentoring new Condo Managers entering the field and we look forward to her continued growth with WB.
Brennah Hughes – Director of Condominium Management – Hamilton
Brennah has been promoted to the role of Director of Condominium Management – Hamilton. Brennah brings her positive attitude and excellent customer service focus to this role, now supporting a team of Condo Managers and building relationships with Boards.
JJ Foulds – Director of Condominium Management – Hamilton
JJ has been promoted to the role of Director of Condominium Management – Hamilton. JJ has excelled as a Condo Manager and has been training new Condo Managers. She will continue training and supporting her team along with connecting and building relationships with our client Board members.
Zoran Dagovic – Director of Condominium Management – Toronto
Zoran joins WB as Director of Condominium Management – Toronto, having more than 20 years of experience as a Condominium Manager, managing properties in GTA. He will work closely with the Vice Presidents of Operations in Toronto, supervising and training new managers, as well as advising and mentoring more senior managers, while contributing to the leadership of Wilson Blanchard’s Toronto office.
These recent advancements are just a few examples of the opportunities that exist within a dynamic and growing company like Wilson Blanchard and are a recognition of continued excellence in providing active customer service to our clients and our internal teams.
