Fast Facts for Condo Owners & Management

The Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services has released the following two “Fast Facts” documents that contain an overview of the new condo law changes that are taking effect on Nov 1. The first is for Condo Owners and Residents, while the second is aimed at Condo Management.
