Our 25th Year in Business…Highlight #10 of 25
In the Winter of 1999, Condominium Magazine chose to profile Ray Wilson, one of the founders of Wilson, Blanchard Management Inc. In addition to being the President of WB for 23+ years, Ray also served as the President and a director of ACMO (Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario) among his many other industry posts and accolades throughout his career.
It is interesting to note the discussion of the “new” Condo Act in this article that was released shortly after the 1998 Condo Act but before the regulations – it seems history has a tendency to repeat itself…
