Our Team
Wilson Blanchard is comprised of Condominium Managers, Condominium Administrators, and Accounting Administrators who share our vision, philosophy, and commitment.
With offices in the GTA, Golden Horseshoe, Niagara, and Kitchener-Waterloo regions, our team is committed to meeting and exceeding the expectations of over 55,000+ condo unit owners daily. We have hundreds of years of combined experience and professionally manage over 23 million square feet of condominiums.
All of our 100+ Condominium Managers are licensed by the CMRAO and many hold additional professional designations, including:
- Registered Condominium Manager (RCM)
- Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA)
- Real Property Administrator (RPA)
- Certified Property Manager (CPM)
- Accredited Member of Institute of Housing Management (AIHM)
