Leadership Team Announcements – April, 2024
Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa® Company is excited to make the following announcements about promotions that have recently taken place within our leadership team.
Melissa Kirkaldie promoted to Vice President of Internal Operations
We are excited to announce that Melissa Kirkaldie has been promoted to Vice President of Internal Operations. As a member of WB’s executive team, Mel will be overseeing WB’s internal, administrative, and legal departments.
Melissa has been a key member of Wilson Blanchard since joining us in 2013. In 2015, she achieved the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation and in 2019 received the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation from the CAMICB. Mel is also an instructor for the CMRAO Excellence course, is a current member of the ACMO Board of Directors and has served on various CCI committees. In her previous role as Vice President of Operations for the Waterloo Regional office, Melissa was instrumental in the creation and implementation of WB’s first Customer Service Department.
Natashia Houser promoted to Vice President of Operations, Waterloo Region
In conjunction with Melissa’s promotion, we are excited to announce that Natashia Houser has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for the Waterloo Regional office (WRO).
Natashia joined Wilson Blanchard in 2017 following more than 20 years in the customer service industry. She achieved the RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation in 2020 after completing the educational components in 2019. “Tash” will continue to be actively engaged in the training and supervision of Condominium Managers in the Waterloo Regional office while taking on the additional leadership responsibility of ensuring client success for the communities that we serve. Natashia also holds the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation from the CAMICB and serves on the Board of Directors for the Grand River chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI).
Natashia will be working closely with Melissa to transition into her new role over the next several weeks. This change also creates additional leadership opportunities in the WRO as additional Director bandwidth will be required – please be on the lookout for more information to be shared on that shortly.
Jackey Kilpatrick promoted to Client Success Coordinator
We are pleased to announce that Jackey Kilpatrick has been promoted to Client Success Coordinator for WB. This change emphasizes our continued focus on building strong and enduring partnerships with our client Boards of Directors with an understanding that their success is our success. Jackey will be engaging with the Vice Presidents, Directors and other members of our client success team in each office in coordinating Board of Director touchpoints to ensure that our clients’ needs are being met. We are thrilled that Jackey has agreed to redefine her role to accept these additional responsibilities and confident that she will continue to provide the same level of outstanding service to our teams and clients as she always has. Our client Boards of Directors may begin to see emails directly from our client success team from the email address Client.Success@wilsonblanchard.com.
These recent advancements are just a few examples of the opportunities that exist within a dynamic and growing company like Wilson Blanchard and are a recognition of the continued excellence in customer service that each of these individuals provides to both our clients and our internal teams.
