WB Leadership Updates
Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa® Company (WB) is thrilled to share exciting news with all of you today. It is with great pleasure that we announce some significant changes to the executive leadership team aimed at increasing the level of support provided to all employees, clients and customers.
Firstly, we are proud to announce that Brad Wells has been promoted to Regional Vice President, International Region of Associa. “Brad is an extremely well-rounded communicator, collaborator, and strategist who excels at building strong relationships inside and outside the company,” said Associa Chief Operating Officer Jon Hunter. “His unique understanding of client needs and expectations let him achieve results that consistently align with our focus on client satisfaction and employee experience.”
In his new role, Brad will drive strategy development, manage operational business activities, and mentor branch personnel while continuing to work with Wilson Blanchard as one of the Associa branches in the International Region. He will also provide Associa branches with guidance and support to reach assigned goals and objectives.
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Lack to the position of President of Wilson Blanchard Management. This well-deserved promotion is a testament to Jeff’s leadership, dedication, and contributions to the company’s success over the years.
In his new role, Jeff will continue to lead the organization’s communication strategies, sharing WB’s external vision “to bring positive impact and meaningful value to every community” as well as our internal values to help our teams “create the culture you crave”. In addition to guiding our leadership and staff continuous development and focusing on employee experience, Jeff will be responsible for future strategic initiatives to help Wilson Blanchard build the future of community management, as well as corporate governance and key performance objectives for overall company performance.
In addition, we are excited to announce the promotion of Mike Mullen to the role of Executive Vice President of Operations and Principal Condominium Manager for Wilson Blanchard. This title and role change recognizes Mike’s expertise in condominium management, his strong leadership of high-performing teams, and his commitment to the success of employees and our clients. Mike will continue to lead our condominium management teams, working directly with the Vice Presidents in each office to prioritize external customer service and cultivate positive client, vendor, and developer relationships. His focus will revolve around customer and client satisfaction to ensure long-term retention and growth opportunities.
