Sept 30, 2018 – Ray Wilson Retires
After almost 40 years in condominium management, Ray Wilson, one of the founding partners of Wilson Blanchard Management (along with David Blanchard and Mike Hall), officially retired on September 30, 2018. During his time in management, which followed a 12-year career in construction, Ray received many accolades, including holding the RCM, ACCI, FCCI, AIHM, CMOC and ARP designations, serving as the President of ACMO, a director on the National Board of CCI and being presented with the Lifetime Award from ACMO in 2017.
In his 23 years as President of WB, Ray built both a strong company and a strong leadership team, leaving the organization in a position for continued success and growth. To this day, we continue to be thankful for Ray’s outstanding leadership and guidance during his time with Wilson Blanchard as we carry on his vision to be the most trusted name in condominium management.
