Wilson Blanchard is continuing to closely monitor the Coronavirus outbreak. As is always the case, the health and safety of all parties associated with the properties that we manage is a top priority. We will continue to monitor the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), as well as Provincial and Municipal communications with respect to developments regarding the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19).

Sources of Information

Wilson Blanchard urges you to stay informed by referring to information from legitimate authorities such as Federal, Provincial and Municipal public health organizations and government agencies as the situation continues to rapidly change. Social media websites and media news reports do not always provide the best or latest information.

We are also thankful for the many condominium industry experts that we work with and have provided links below to Ontario condo specific resources as well as official public heath agencies.

If you feel unwell or have symptoms associated with Covid-19, please follow the Ontario Ministry of Health directions.

Archived Information (2020-2021)

When the pandemic began in March 2020, no one had any idea how long it would last. As a result, we originally added resources in chronological order. As time has gone on, and the number of resources grown, it has become evident that reverse chronological order makes more sense, which is how new articles as of 2022 are presented above.
