HALTON CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION NO. 138 – 1220 THORPE ROAD, BURLINGTON ON

H.C.C. #138 is a 44 unit stacked condominium complex that was one of two corporations that signed a management agreement with Wilson Blanchard on day one, August 1, 1995, and continues to be managed by WB 24+ years later.
The corporation, registered in 1987, is conveniently located close to numerous amenities, which no doubt were an attraction for current owners and residents, including Mapleview Mall, two major grocery supermarkets and nearby dining establishments and entertainment facilities.
Over the years, the Corporation has embarked upon a number of common element renewal / restoration projects, which have been undertaken and completed mainly on a proactive basis.
- New roofing on all blocks of units
- New windows at all units
- New patio doors at all units
- New wooden stairways, landings and railings, where applicable
In addition, the Corporation is currently undertaking/planning for the implementation of the restoration of rear balconies, patios and retaining walls, as and where required.
The Corporation has also implemented an updated set of Rules & Regulations that protect the interests of all homeowners and residents alike.
Wilson, Blanchard Management Inc. is proud of its ongoing association as managers of Halton Condominium Corporation No. 138 and looks forward to working with the Board and owners for many more years to come.
